This policy explains how Trailhead Payments handles information submitted through this website: review and intake forms, processing statement uploads, photos of point-of-sale equipment, newsletter signups, consultation and booking requests, and general contact messages.

Information we collect

• Business information you provide about pricing, contracts, support, equipment, and POS setup.
• Files you choose to upload: processing statements and photos of your current equipment.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and device/browser type.

Please redact full bank account numbers or other sensitive identifiers from documents before uploading. We do not need them to review your processing costs.

How we use it

• To prepare your Trailhead Review™ and Trailhead Payment Health Score™.
• To have an advisor review the findings and respond to you.
• To answer questions, schedule calls, and send content you requested.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

We do not sell your information.

Automated analysis

We use software to read and organize statement data, calculate costs, and draft findings. Those drafts are reviewed by a person before any recommendation reaches you. Uploaded documents may be processed by third-party service providers that host our application, storage, and document-analysis tools.

Storage and sharing

Uploaded statements and photos are stored in a private, access-controlled location and are viewable only by Trailhead advisors working on your review. We share information with service providers who help us run the site and, with your consent, with providers whose solutions you ask us to evaluate or implement. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep review materials as long as needed to serve you and to maintain business records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to unsubscribe from emails, by writing to Trailheadpayments@gmail.com.
